[General Rules]

Members are expected to abide by all these rules and agree to the Ranks.
Divisions reserve the right to add specific rules for members of their division.

Age Limit:
The current age limit to be recruited as a full member into Clan -{JFDHS}- is 16+ years of age. If you are caught lying on your application about your age, appropriate action will be taken by you division leaders and/or council members. **NOTE** Please not that due to the content in some games, a division may have a lower/higher age requirement than normal. At the time that you meet the age requirement you may move to that division with officer approval.

Respect for Privacy:
All members of Clan -{JFDHS}- are expected to respect others privacy, including non members. Our respect for others privacy reflects on the Clan image. If someone does tell you some private information we ask that you keep it private and do not go around sharing that information.

Multiple Clan Memberships:
No members are allowed to participate in more than one clan under ordinary conditions (see note). If you are found to be in more than one clan/guild you will be respectfully asked to make a decision of which one you want. **NOTE** If Clan -{JFDHS}- does not support the game that you are playing with your other clan, then you may participate. If Clan -{JFDHS}- does chose to support said game, you will have to make a decision, you will have approximately one week to do so.

Clan Hopping:
Clan Hopping is not allowed in -{JFDHS}-. If you decide to terminate your membership, by a post on the forums stating this, or informing a leader of Council Member, then you forfeit the right to retain your previous rank if you return to -{JFDHS}- at a later time. If you decide that you would like to return to -{JFDHS}-, you will be subject to a Council vote and will start with the rank of Recruit. This applies to members of any rank or position. **NOTE** The first time you as member terminate your membership you can rejoin no problem. The second time you terminate your membership must wait 6 months before re-applying. The third time that you decide to terminate your membership you will be subject to automatic denial of membership, depending on how much time has elapsed and your previous terms of membership with us.

Respect for everyone:
All members of Clan -{JFDHS}- are expected to show respect for everyone in the greater gaming community. If a member is found to be violating this policy they will by subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of the Council or Division Leaders. **NOTE** Any racial or explicitly hateful attacks on another gamer will not be tolerated. Violation of this will result in immediate removal.

Activity:
You are asked as a member of Clan -{JFDHS}-, you are asked to remain active. We understand that there are many circumstances in life which may require time away. Please post any information about non-activity in the LoA (Leave of Absence) forum. If you do not post an LoA post, have no contact with a leader and are virtually inactive for one month. You will be removed and your account will be deleted. **NOTE** There is no time explicit time limit on an LoA, however, if you do not provide an estimate on time and more than six-months passes your membership may be terminated.

Maturity:
Members of Clan -{JFDHS}- are expected to act in a respect and mature manner. We expect members to show good sportsman ship and not whine when they are killed. We also expect that a member will not accuse another of hacking without any solid proof. Any member who violates this policy will be subject to the following disciplinary actions: 1st Offense: Members will be giving a warning regarding their behavior. 2nd Offense: You will be demoted by the leader. 3rd Offense: You will be removed from Clan -{JFDHS}-.

[Gaming Regulations]

Member Specific Server Regulations:
The following rules are for all servers of Clan -{JFDHS}-, TeamSpeak included. As a member of Clan -{JFDHS}-, violation of these regulations may result in a kick/ban without prior warning. 1. Present yourself as a mature, honorable, and respectful player at all times. 2. Do not be rude and obnoxious while playing, you can have fun, but do not cross the line. 3. Always treat visitors to our servers with respect. First impressions are everything; they may be future members or allies. 4. Do not spam, swear, or use any racist language, doing so may result in further disciplinary actions. These rules also apply when not on our own dedicated servers. *REMEMBER** Any racial or explicitly hateful attacks on another gamer will not be tolerated. Violation of this will result in immediate removal.

General Server Regulations:
Clan -{JFDHS}- will not tolerate other clans recruiting on our servers. Any clan(s) found to be doing so will be banned without prior notice, all bans of this type are final. We expect our community members to abide by similar standards to our own, if you want to game with us, please abide by our rules.

Cheating/Hacking/Giving yourself an Unfair Advantage:
Clan -{JFDHS}- does not tolerate any form of cheating, hacking, or any other method to give yourself an unfair advantage. If you have any questions about what we are referring to please ask a leader or council member. Violation of this regulation will result in an immediate ban. Please also know that all of our server stream to PBans and PunksBusted

[Website and Forum Regulations]

Behavior:
As a member of Clan -{JFDHS}- you are expected to behave maturely at all times. This also includes treating all members with respect, and being kind. If you have an issue with a particular member on the forums we request that you keep in to the PM (Private Message) system. If you do make a post attacking another member, your post will be deleted and repeated offenses could result in your account being suspended.

Language:
--Swearing-- We have a language filter in effect. Any attempts to get around that filter will result in possible suspension of your forum account. We do this because we wish to promote a friendly and fun environment.
--Language-- The understood language here on the forums is English. However, if you have issues with the English language, you may post in your native language and we will try to get a translation.

Fighting:
--Fighting-- Starting fights is against clan rules. We don't look down on joking with each other, but please keep it civil. The penalties for starting a fight are as follows:

1st Offense: Final warning and/or 3 day ban (dependent on severity of content).
2nd Offense: 1 week ban and/or demotion (dependent on severity of content).
3rd Offense: You WILL be banned from the clan.


Avatar/Signature Rights
--Avatars & Signatures-- Your avatar and/or signatures cannot have any of the following: bad language, pornography or links to it, warez or anything illegal (this includes linking to it). Violating any of these conditions will get you a warning and can lead to the removal of avatar and/or signatures rights for the amount of time specified by the moderator.
--Avatar Size-- Your avatar must not exceed 110 x 110 pixels. If this size is exceeded you will be asked to resize it. If you do not resize it to the proper size within a week of the initial warning, your sig will be removed. Continually going over the size limit can get your signature rights removed for the amount of time specified by the moderator.
--Signature Size-- Your signature must not exceed 400 x 100 pixels. If this size is exceeded you will be asked to resize it. If you do not resize it to the proper size within a week of the initial warning, your sig will be removed. Continually going over the size limit can get your signature rights removed for the amount of time specified by the moderator.

Pornography & Warez
-Pornography-- We do not allow any pornographic material on this site, this does not include partial nudity (please ask Arbiter, Gonzo, or Remco for further info on what is classified as partial nudity), but please do not post any thing that is sexually explicit. Remember, we have members here who are younger than 18, and this is not the place for that kind of thing.

1st Offense: Warning.
2nd Offense: Final warning and 1 week removal of avatar and signature rights
3rd Offense: 1 week ban and/or demotion.
Continued Offense: Removal from the clan.

--Warez-- Please do not post any illegal and/or pirated software, this includes linking to it, or suggesting it.

1st Offense: Warning.
2nd Offense: Final warning and possible 1 week ban.
3rd Offense: Removal from the clan.


Accounts:
If you resign, or are kicked from Clan -{JFDHS}-, your account may be deleted for security reasons. You are welcome to make a new one after that point. Please reference the Terms of Service for any other guidelines related to the website and forums.
